Manny Cabrera III is an expert in self-protection, fitness, and personal development. He serves as chief instructor at Sidekicks Family Martial Arts Centers, has written for multiple publications, and is a lifelong martial artist. In addition to managing one of the leading martial arts programs in the Tampa Bay area, Mr. Cabrera enjoys working on a variety of projects– some online and offline.
Mr. Cabrera resides in Brandon, FL with his wife Jessica, their twin sons, Jonas and Manny, and an energetic Austrailian Cattle Dog named Rowdy.
